Background[]
Beverly was once a nurse at Shulman and Associates. However, she was incompetent and often unfriendly, resulting in Mindy and Danny deciding to fire her. Danny didn't have the guts to fire her so her had Mindy do it. As Mindy fires her, Beverly gets angry then punches Mindy in the face and breaks her nose. She then storms off leaving Mindy clutching her now broken nose. A while later Mindy sees Beverly working at a diner. After chatting she rehires her.
